1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using aiseomate.com ("we," "our," "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) The Service

aiseomate.com provides SEO tools to help users conduct keyword research and generate content to obtain SEO traffic without losing focus on building their business.

3) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4) Plans, Billing & Refunds

Paid features are available via subscription or one-time purchase as described at checkout.
Refunds: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact oleg@aiseomate.com from your account email.

5) Ownership & License

• Your Outputs. When you buy a plan, you own all content created by the platform for you (the "Outputs").
• Your Inputs. You retain all rights to content you provide to the Service (the "Inputs"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process Inputs and Outputs solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Our IP. We retain all rights in and to the Service, software, models, and documentation. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

6) Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or attempt to derive the Service's source code or models; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (c) use the Service to infringe others' rights or any law; (d) submit unlawful, harmful, or malicious content; or (e) resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as permitted by your plan.

7) Data & Privacy; Cookies

8) Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate third-party tools (e.g., payment processors). Those providers' terms and privacy policies govern their services.

OUTPUTS MAY CONTAIN ERRORS; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING AND USING OUTPUTS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, aiseomate.com WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12) Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless aiseomate.com and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13) Term & Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach or suspected misuse. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination do so, including Sections 5, 10–15.

14) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and aiseomate.com agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of appropriate courts within the United States.

15) Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be updated by email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
