14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our service and want you to be completely satisfied. If you're not happy with aiseomate.com for any reason, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment.

Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

• You are a first-time subscriber to aiseomate.com
• You request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment
• You have not violated our Terms of Service
• You have not abused the service or created multiple accounts

What Is NOT Covered

Refunds are NOT available for:

• Renewal Payments: The 14-day guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers. Recurring subscription renewals are not refundable.
• Partial Month Service: We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months of service.
• After 14 Days: Refund requests made more than 14 days after initial payment will not be processed.
• Plan Upgrades: If you upgrade from Starter to Pro, the difference is not refundable.
• Service Violations: Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day window:

2. Include your account email address
3. State your reason for requesting a refund (optional but helpful)
4. We'll process your request within 2-3 business days

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Cancellation Without Refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account's billing portal. When you cancel:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
• You will retain access to the service until the end of your paid period
• No refund will be issued for the remaining days in your billing period

Failed Payments

If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired card, or other payment issues, your access will be temporarily suspended. We do not provide refunds for periods of suspended access due to failed payments.

Service Credits

In the event of significant service outages or technical issues that prevent you from using the service, we may offer service credits or extended subscription periods at our discretion. This does not constitute a refund.

Chargebacks

IMPORTANT: If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company (chargeback) instead of contacting us first, your account will be immediately suspended pending resolution. Accounts with chargebacks may be permanently terminated. Please contact us first at oleg@aiseomate.com to resolve any billing issues.
